1- Cancellation Prior to Shipment of Order (specifically regarding credit card processing fee)

Once you have placed your online order, one of our representatives will contact you to review the order details and confirm your payment capture. We acknowledge that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel a transaction after we have successfully captured your payment. In such cases, we would like to outline our refund policy, specifically regarding the credit card processing fee that we incur. When you make a purchase on our website and we successfully capture your payment after obtaining your verbal authorization, our company incurs a credit card processing fee imposed by the credit card companies and financial institutions for secure payment transactions. This fee is charged by the credit card companies and financial institutions for facilitating secure payment transactions. Unfortunately, these fees are non-refundable to us. Therefore, if you initiate a cancellation after payment capture, we will process a refund for the transaction amount, deducting a 3% credit card processing fee. Please note that the refunded amount will reflect the original transaction amount minus the 3% credit card processing fee.

2- Cancellation After Shipment of order (specifically regarding restocking fee)

After placing an online order, our dedicated representative will contact you to review the order details and will proceed to capture your payment only after obtaining your verbal authorization. If the requested unit is in stock, it will be shipped within a few days. In the event that the unit is not immediately available, the manufacturer will initiate production and arrange for shipping upon its completion. We understand that circumstances may necessitate the cancellation of a transaction even after the order has been shipped. To ensure transparency and provide clear guidelines, we would like to outline our refund policy, specifically addressing restocking fees and freight costs.

  • Restocking Fee: Should you decide to cancel your transaction after the shipment has been shipped, a restocking fee will be applicable. This fee covers the costs incurred in processing the return, shipping the item(s) back to the manufacturer’s facility, inspecting the returned item(s) and reintegrating the item(s) back into the manufacturer's inventory. The specific amount of the restocking fee will be determined by the manufacturer based on the product(s) involved, typically ranging anywhere from 20% to 50% of the total sales price. This policy allows us to maintain equitable business practices while offsetting the expenses incurred due to the timing of the cancellation.
